Guillaume made his proposal official after dinner the first night I returned to Paris. On bended-knee and all, he presented a lovely ring made from family heirloom gemstones that I'm now proudly wearing around my left ring-finger! Here it is.
Needless to say, I was very surprised and nearly speechless. I'm so happy.

eeeeeeek!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt is beautiful and even more meaningful.
How romantic?! Guillaume is setting the bar pretty high gals.
Awwww...I like the ring...it's original and yes...meaningful! So sweet! :)
ReplyDeleteI love it! So sweet for him to have put so much thought and time into it. Isn't it weird wearing a ring on that finger at first?!?! Don't worry, it won't be long before you don't even feel it there anymore. It eventually becomes a beautiful part of your skin ;)

ReplyDeleteThis ring is lovely, and I'm sure you will be so happy in Paris with Gui. I can't imagine that you will have a hard time finding things to do. ;)
